Thank you for your interest in learning more about transitioning your SoftPerm® patients into SynergEyes® hybrid contact lenses. SynergEyes is committed to making this process as simple as possible for you and your patients.

The SynergEyes family of FDA cleared hybrid contact lenses address a wide spectrum of vision conditions and are available throughout the United States and several international locations.

Based on the needs of your patients and your practice, SynergEyes can help determine the best option for your SoftPerm® patients. I currently have an account with SynergEyes and need to transition existing SoftPerm® wearers into SynergEyes lenses.
